SOLD!

Our house went on the market on the market on Nov 4th. We had several showings the first 2 days. Then we had an open house on Sunday the 6th and an offer came in late that evening! It was a good offer, so we accepted it and will close on this house Dec. 5th. We will take our washer/dryer and fridge to the new house, which is good because the one there looks like it is from 1988. We are getting excited!

New House

The latest news is that we bought a new house over the past weekend. It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home built in 1988. It has a pool, RV gate w/large cement pad, fireplace and a big shed. It's not too far from where we live now. It's 2 miles north on the 51 freeway and on the east side, rather than the west side of the freeway where we are now. We are planning on closing on 11/30. We will put our house on the market this week, so if you know anyone looking...
